As a member in the Residential Warranty Corporation, all Omni homes include a warranty covering all structural problems for ten years from the closing date. Membership in the Residential Warranty Corporation 10-year warranty program is granted only to those builders who demonstrate technical competence, financial stability and professional building ethics. Over the course of the last 15 years, while Omni has been part of this program, Omni not only met each of these three criteria, but achieved the best claims percentage possible - ZERO.
