Rick Batchelor, President
Rick has built over a thousand homes in Southeastern North Carolina.
During a career spanning four decades, he has earned a stellar reputation for
quality construction and customer service. Rick and a partner founded Omni
Home Builders, Inc. in 1976, building homes in Jacksonville, North Carolina and
the surrounding area. In the mid-80s, Omni Home Builders developed Raintree, a
166-acre, 500 lot development in Jacksonville which completed the final phase
in 2003. Rick expanded the operation to Wilmington in 1986 and moved with his
family to the area in 1990. Omni continued their history of building quality
homes in several area neighborhoods before developing Wood Duck Forest, a
29-acre, 58 lot community off of College Road and Belmar Forest a 50-acre, 107
lot community just north of Wilmington. Rick is currently focused on
overseeing the operation in Jacksonville and building custom homes in River
Landing, Porter's Neck and other exclusive communities in and around
Wilmington.
